Because everyone else has this headline, I figured I should too. The fact is, I’ve never listened to the guy.  I really don’t care about what he said, or whether he apologized, or whether he gets fired. But apologizing for racist comments to Al Sharpton seems like apologizing to a Kennedy for drunk driving.

I’m not sure what annoys me more: Don Imus, or the people labelling this “hate speech”. I really don’t like having to defend an unfunny tool like Don Imus, but he said what he said, and the free market will decide as to whether or not he keeps his job, not any government bureaucrats.
Another thing that annoys me like this is the freaking people at ESPN calling for heads to roll when Michael Irvin, who said the only reason why Tony Romo is a good athlete is because his grandmother got knocked up by a slave somewhere down the line, is still under their employment. Spare me the righteous indignation.
