Gun Law News warns us of a proposed OSHA rule that could do some serious damage to the ammunition manufacturers.  This is more evidence that Bush is asleep at the wheel in terms of controlling the federal bureaucracy. Someone still needs to explain to me how this stuff is not violating separation of powers.

This is asinine, if they do this then I want to see the same regs for fireworks manufactures, gas stations, and any damn place that deals/sells things that might go boom.
And I can’t explain it either, the thought of separation of powers, in my opinion, died awhile ago.
Over at AR-15.com, someone said that SAAMI and the reloading industry asked for the change. Supposedly it will only affect manufacturers and not shippers or retail.
I see at GLN that NSSF and SAAMI seem to be opposed to the change. Hmm- the plot thickens . . . .
