Two more officers have been shot in the City of Philadelphia. Michael Nutter can’t take over fast enough. Anything, anything has to be better than John Street, and what the city has turned into under his watch.

It can’t get much worse. As we were leaving work tonight, there was a quadruple shooting a block and a half from our divisional HQ. At least in that case, the thugs were shooting each other.
I have to question whether or not there really was a shooting so close to HQ. After all, discharging a firearm inside the city limits is against the law!
