Maybe I was a bit hard on the Delco times the other day. This editorial highlighting the plight of Officer Daniel Faulkner’s widow, Maureen Faulkner, is pretty spot on.

Look what your precious guns are doing to our society:

Yet another shooting… When will you gun nvts learn that guns are bad.
Pardon me, but I’m pretty sure that a bunch of murderous hoodlums are doing that to my society, and not the guns. Kids can’t buy, possess, or carry guns under federal and state laws. They had to have gotten them through illegal means. What do you want to do? Make them more illegal?

Huh?
MY guns are inside a locked safe, inside a locked room, inside a locked house, inside a locked driveway gate.
Pretty sure MY guns weren’t in Las Vegas recently.
Turns out my AR-15 absconded with my CZ-82, along with a few thousand dollars of my savings, and gambled most of it away in Vegas. When they got back, I sent them to the safe without dinner. I think they might have gotten hitched by Elvis too.
Pennsylvania is just about the only place that, rightfully so, thinks Mumia is guilty. You won’t hear any politician running for office in PA say anything about “Free Mumia.” The last fool to come even close to uttering that sentence, some jackass trying to run against Lynn Abraham for Philly DA, got trounced before he could complete his next breath.
It’s a crying shame that there’s just been such a wealth of mis-information about Mumia. There was a 20-20 or Nightline piece many years back that called Mumia’s defense team to task for some of the lies and nasty accusations thrown at the late Officer Faulkner.
