Well, it could be the title of a really atrocious movie, or Plan ‘B’ could be a new contraceptive pill, or it could be DC’s plans if they lose.

Fenty can smell his own death. This is a good thing.
“”There’s just this really anxiety-producing proposition on what would we have if we relaxed these laws,” said D.C. Council Chairman Vincent C. Gray, a Democrat. “We’d have to evaluate the court’s decision, then look at what revisions in our own statutes would allow us to have the maximum restrictions on guns in the District.””
Good grief – what will they do if it comes back affirming the lower court in full? (Including the Strict Scrutiny bit)
Ian: Right after their heads implode, they’ll get to work examining the ruling for any little crevice they can exploit, any ambiguity in the wording they can use. They’re probably already doing this based on the circuit ruling. They’ll do their damndest to trample on RKBA to fullest extent within the boundaries of the ruling.
They hate freedom. They never stop. It’s what they do.
I’d love to have the concession on cleaning up exploded brains if SCOTUS comes back with “what part of ‘shall not infringe’ didn’t you understand”. Which is essentially what Strict Scrutiny will be (if upheld).
