In the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette:
“The attitude of the public and the media is often ‘We don’t want guns around,’ ” he said. “But once people become more knowledgeable, they see shooting more favorably.”
“Some people fear guns until they learn the fundamentals,” said Edmiston. “We’ve had women afraid to even come into the building, and then they take a course and find shooting can be fun.”
It’s good that we’re still getting posts like this in the media. After carrying the water for Obama in this election, we have to be concerned that they will also carry the water for whatever ant-gun agenda he might want to pursue.
Well that isn’t always bad. Typically when other people are carrying your water that is an indication that you can’t carry it yourself! The thing that puzzles me is that how people think it the media’s job or task to present us in a good light. I would rather carry my own water……..
I like A&S over Anthony Arms :) If you want more info about the Crew let me know, I can migrate that info to you.

I actually did hear a young woman make some remark just today about how scary she thought being around so many guns was while I was in the gun section of “Harry’s Army and Navy” in Robbinsville, New Jersey. The young man who was with her then laughed and retorted with the old guns-don’t-kill-people/people-kill-people line.
