The City of York, Pennsylvania has tabled its “Lost & Stolen” bill because the city soliticer’s opinion is that it violates state law.  Apparently some politicians are pissed because they didn’t pass it anyway. Rule of law, bah! Who needs that?

I read that, and thought it read York tables lost or stolen. As in some special historical tables were lost or stolen. (I think cause Tables was capitalized.)
*lol*

For those reading, while it was tabled. 4 out of 5 council members expressed that they would have voted against the ordinance as proposed due to a variety of reasons.

LOL, like the person above I originally thought that some tables were lost and stolen as well.
Anyway, at least people there have some sense, in Reading the City Council has passed that same piece of garbage ordinance.
+1 wondering when York would either find their tables, or be forced to replace them.
“Post titles have consequences.” :D
I’d change it, but it’s kind of funny.
