For my readers in Bucks County and Southeastern Pennsylvania, or even those of you outside the area who would be interested in helping out a law enforcement family who lost their husband/father in the line of duty:
Christopher Jones Trust Fund
Police and Fire Credit Union
852 E. Street Road
Warminster, PA 18974
I will be sending some funds along, since they are in the neighborhood here.
That’s Middletown Township Fire Chief Frank Farry, who is also my new state representative.  This is a tough time for Middletown.
The members of our CopNET family would like to thank Christopher Jones for his dedication and service to the citizens of Middletown Township The passing of Christopher will be broadcast to our 2201 members shortly and we would like to extend our sincere condolences to your family. His absence from our ranks will be deeply missed by the remaining members of Middletown’s Finest who were fortunate to have served with him during his police career. He will continue in our thoughts and prayers. God Bless . . .
Semper Fidelis.
I just have to say that I can’t get over what a great photo that is. I mean I know that sounds a little bizarre given the circumstances that lead to it. I just think that photo really grabs the seriousness of the situation and the real feelings that many in Middletown obviously felt toward Officer Jones. I hope that the paper submits that one to big time photographer contests. I think it really moves a person.
