Lovers of Kalashnikovs can now join their AR-15 brethren in plinking all day for very little money with .22LR. Not to mention how much easier it will be on the shoulder too.

They lost me with the limited ten round yet full sized magazine. If I stick something the size of a regular AK mag in to a .22 AK that sucker better be holding a boatload of cartridges, not ten.
They’re California legal with the 10-rounders. Besides they’re .22’s so if you load the cheap stuff they will jam before you get to the 10th anyhow! :-)
I’ve found that Kalashnikovs become very pleasant to shoot once the barrel’s under 14″.
Ten rounds is pretty lame. Quality aftermaket mags will be a must.
I’m excited to try this new claiber. I love my AK. I think the 10 round clip is for legal reasons. There should be a 30 or 40 soon.
