The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State …

What makes this even more delicious is that the primary sponsor of the bill, Rep. Deborah Ross (D-Wake), has been one of the leading anti-gun representatives in the NC General Assembly.
Ross, when she was chair of one of the Judiciary Committees in the last session, was responsible for keeping the Castle Doctrine from being passed. She kept it bottled up in committee even though the State Senate had passed it. She absolutely refused to even hold hearings on the bill.
I wonder what Ladd Everitt and CSGV would make of that kettle of fish!
When/If you get through to the fine folks at CSGV, let them know that MA is also full of insurrectionists… (we have similar provisions in our laws)
Thanks for the link.
It’s pretty funny. Unfortunately by explaining the joke to the fools at CSGV, you kind of destroy the joke.
Have you ever wondered if the real reason that people are so leftist is because they lack the ability to reason effectively? I sometimes get the sense that I’m talking to people who just don’t track from thought to thought.
@Sean
They really don’t, it’s why they contradict themselves with such regularity. They let their emotions do the thinking, and this is what we get.
