I know they are lawful in Alaska, with this being a fairly recent “below the radar” movement in the fight for 2A rights, getting a comprehensive list would be interesting.
Too bad it’ll take people over a year to actually get a suppressor to use if they don’t already have one.
Ugh.
This is how we get silencers off the NFA list. A state at a time.
