Didn’t they used to call Jerry Brown “Governor Moonbeam?” That must be why he’s telling the media he has three guns like it’s no big deal. Apparently this constitutes a “small arsenal,” to the LA Times. Congratulations Brady and CSGV folks, you’ve even lost the hippies. Polish your resumes up guys, I don’t think you’re in a line of business that’s going to have much luck to move forward.

Moonbeam is still Moonbeam. His budget is fakery of a low-order, no surprise because the PE unions funded the campaign almost entirely. He is trying to get citizens to vote on a tax increase so he doesn’t get any blame.
His last moments on the stage are unlikely to be his best, he should have retired. Any old idiot could have beaten Nutmeg Whitman….er, wait…I guess one did…
Jerry Brown is an odd duck. Nobody knows quite how to characterize him. But he’s certainly no great foe to gun owners, especially with the whole, you know, being one and all that.
And JB wrote the California Amicus at the cert stage in McDonald advocating that SCOTUS take the case.

Partly because JB’s roommate from Yale asked him to do so.
Brown spokeswoman Elizabeth Ashford declined to say Wednesday afternoon what kinds of guns her boss possesses.
“We don’t discuss the governor’s arsenal in detail,” she said.
To be fair to the Times, it sure looks like Brown’s own people called it an “arsenal”.
And if it is one, it must be small, so…
(My God! If three guns is an arsenal, I have enough to arm an entire small country…)
I hope one of his guns is a centerfire rifle so that he would veto De Leon’s SB124 should it ever make it to his desk. I doubt the Governor would sign a bill that turns him into a felon for owning “cop killer” ammunition.

So are the Chicago Aldermen (did I spell that right?). Just ’cause they support changing the rules for themselves doesn’t mean the little people get the same.
Our family has a total of 4 cars, does that make it a fleet of vehicles?
To be fair to the Times, it sure looks like Brown’s own people called it an “arsenalâ€.
Makes you wonder if those are the only guns he wishes to say anything about in public, y’know?
I suspect his Dad may have had a firearm or two. Can’t recall how anti he was. He may have them for that reason more than anything else, but he has no kids to pass them to.
