Here it happened to someone rather well known. But this is a story that’s told over and over again in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and why I don’t believe you can license a right, and still pretend it’s not just a privilege.

Massachusetts gun laws seem just as hellish as New Jersey’s and New York’s.
Since the accused in this case is a published author, I am going to assume at the very least that we will see some type of book about all this, if nothing else comes of it, that is.

This prosecttions screams for a legal challenge based on Heller. If there is a right to keep and bear arms, all of the charges against hem should fall and virtually all of Massachussets gun laws should fall too.
