Cannon’s Eye View
Valley Forge was excellent high ground, and offered a view of the surrounding countryside such that one could easily see an approaching army for miles. Now it offers an excellent view of several hotels, a convention center, and the King of Prussia Mall. But the cannons still stand watch, waiting for approaching redcoats.
