The Arizona Rifleman runs into his first reader that didn’t know who he was. It is an odd experience to be talking to someone you’ve introduced yourself to under your real name, and have them mention your blog.

Congratulations are in Order
Joe I think can safely claim to be the only gun blogger nominated for an emmy.
Gun Nuts Radio
I made a a brief appearance on The Breda Show last night. Ooops… did I say Breda Show? Oh yeah, that Caleb guy is on there too :) If I sound like I had a few drinks, it’s because I did. I start in at about 22 minutes.
Uh Oh
Mr. Completely is having some health problems.  Here’s wishing him a speedy recovery.
Change is Coming
Trying a slightly modified look soon.
UPDATE: Change is here. Still trying to add some hope though.
UPDATE: Hope is added. I think it’s change we can all believe in at this point. Other than the theme, I have a new Pennsylvania related icon, and I have redone my “About” page after realizing my previous one was an embarrassment after it was quoted in USA Today. I also got rid of several categories on the blogroll, and consolidated down.
Calling Dan Cooper
The Suckage
You ever have that moment when you type up a really good post – or at least one that you’re really feeling – and then your server goes down?
That would be right now for me. It was a fun post, too.
Oh, and did I mention that I just made an offer to host another excellent blogger this morning? Yeah. Good show, Dreamhost. You guys don’t have an outage for months and now even the panel is down so it can’t be reported.
So yes, if you’re wondering why The Bitch Girls, Call Me Ahab, and Countertop Chronicles are all down, now you know.
Blogger Gets Pro-Gun Column
David Codrea (who’s name I now know how to pronounce properly since hearing him say it on the Gov. Blunt call yesterday) who runs the blog War on Guns, has a new column in the Examiner.com for the Cleveland area.
They Forgot the Bloggers!
Apparently the official hotel of the 2008 2A Blog Bash is being demolished:
Over the years, overnight guests at the Executive Inn have included the Rolling Stones, Elvis Presley, Bob Hope and Presidents George H.W. Bush, Jimmy Carter and Gerald Ford.
They forgot the most famous guests of all. The gun bloggers! And I’ll bet we got a lot drunker there than any of those other pikers. Well, OK, maybe not the Rolling Stones.
Congratulations Breda
I absolutely love her new banner graphic.
