Looks like Ruger is finally shedding the legacy of Bill Ruger and once again making a political incorrect version of the Mini-14.  When we were at Blackhawk, they showed us a Ruger 10/22 stock that was Ruger branded, and I seem to recall they said they were working on something else with Ruger they couldn’t talk about.  I’m wondering if this was it.

I’d say “Nice Carry Gun,” but he lives in Wisconsin.  Someday, Peter.  Someday.  You have to get rid of Doyle first though.

My friend Jason has been having fun getting various uppers and accessories for his M11 machine pistol:

Jason did the NFA dance before everything got really expensive.  He was smarter than I was.  I have yet to try the new 100 round upper.  The last time we went to the range it experienced run away fire the first time he tried it.  While I thought this was kind of cool, and still wanted to try it, he thought it was probably best to fix the problem first.  Probably the wiser move.

Pretty clearly the new Obama Adminstration will have to ban the menace that is the evil chainsaw lug.

Or perhaps I should say reciever wrap.  Someone at Armalite has a sense of humor.
